Our primary audience is advertisers seeking leads. The basic service is free and all are welcome to post a banner that aligns with our rules. Expanded options and additional member benefits are offered with a fee. Traffic credits can be traded for a number of different traffic garnishing methods. We are not an MLM marketer as we have a single tier commission for all members who may refer new users.
AGE Limit
You agree that you are the age of 18 or older.
Number of Accounts
You agree to only create 1 account.
Account Termination
You agree to login at least once every 180 days to maintain your account. Failure to login for 180 days will be grounds for termination of your account including referrals, commissions, credits, advertising etc. This includes free and upgraded members.
EMAILS
By joining Banner Cycle YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE EMAILS FROM matt@bannercycle.com or noreply@bannercycle.com . Please add these email addresses to your address book and mark all emails from Banner Cycle as NOT SPAM. This is to ensure all members get verification emails as well as website updates, commissions info etc. Again, these emails may be for updates, account issues, Banner Cycle promotions or anything that Banner Cycle needs to relay to all members.
No Autoresponders or Bounced Emails are allowed
If your email address bounces or sends back Banner Cycle a message with an autoresponder, you risk having your account deleted. All referrals and COMMISSIONS will be lost if your account is deleted.
Liability
Banner Cycle is a traffic generation platform which allows it's users to attract visitors by posting a banner to the landing page and earn traffic credits for completing loops around the page. Banner Cycle does not make any promises written or implied as to the amount of money that can be made from or by using bannercycle.com. It is your responsibility to make sure your payment email address is correct when requesting a payout. Commission payments made to the wrong account because of an incorrectly entered id is your responsibility. It is also your reponsibility to ensure your referral ids are entered correctly, not receiving credits from the hosted services due to incorrectly entering your identifiers is your responsibility.
Policies
All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision of Banner Cycle. We reserve the right to modify, add or change any policies as we deem necessary at any time. All members agree that they will not hold Banner Cycle liable for any items or policies within this program.
Refunds
Once you pay for your membership or advertising, if you would like a refund it must be requested within 3 days. Simply contact matt@bannercycle.com with your account details and payment information stating that you would like a refund. Your refund will be sent and your account will be suspended. You will lose any earned commissions and will not be eligible for payment. By joining and paying for any paid portion of Banner Cycle, you agree to all the terms and conditions on this page. After 3 days of purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund since advertising is credited to your account instantly and your account is upgraded instantly once you purchase an upgrade.
Commissions
You agree to receive any earned commissions only through our preferred payment processor for commissions. Commissions are paid only to members who directly refer other members who might purchase an upgrade to receive additional advertising packages. We have a single tier affiliate program and there is no 2nd tier affiliate program or MLM structure involved with our site at all. You are not required to upgrade in order to receive commissions.
Rebates
Any and all Rebates are added directly to your commissions. You must be a paid member to receive Rebates.
Advertising Funds
Free members receive referral cycle rewards in the form of Advertsing Funds (aka AD FUND). Once enough are accumulated these funds can be traded for advertsing credits and views. Advertsing Funds cannot be traded for membership.

SPAM
Banner Cycle has a zero tolerance for spam. Anyone caught spamming will be deleted from the program and is subject to civil and criminal prosecution including fines. If you are to include Banner Cycle's name or URL in any email promotion, please only email to your own "double-optin" subscribers or on safelists, traffic exchanges, ad exchanges, list builders, classified ads, ppc marketing and other legitimate forms of advertising.
The following are grounds for termination of your account:
- To send unsolicited emails to anyone that is not on your own personal double-optin list. If this does not make sense to you, then do not include promotions for Banner Cycle in emails.
- To falsify user information provided to Banner Cycle or to other users of the service in connection with Banner Cycle, or any of it's other sites.
- To use the Banner Cycle name and URL via bought commercial bulk email lists is prohibited.
Do NOT to promote your affiliate page using blasters or to purchased leads - Or on any program promising to blast your ad to millions of users.
Banner Cycle considers the above practices to constitute abuse of our service and of the recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or postings who often bear the expense. Therefore, these practices are prohibited by Banner Cycle terms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of these practices will result in termination of the offender's account and loss of any earned commissions.
Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit Banner Cycle actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing activities.
Banner Cycle reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the program.
In addition, Banner Cycle reserves at all times all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity.
We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these rules, regulations, and policies at any time.
By becoming a member of Banner Cycle, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
